Delivery & payment
Order confirmation
Every order is verified by a manager: availability, configuration, finishes and lead times. After verification we send the final cost and a payment link or invoice.
Delivery calculation
Delivery cost and timing are calculated after order and address confirmation. Oversized pieces are delivered by individual arrangement.
Lead times
In-stock items ship after manager confirmation. For made-to-order pieces the production time is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
Carry-up & assembly
Availability depends on the piece and the address — confirmed by the manager.
Payment
Payment follows manager confirmation — via link or invoice. Prepayment and payment schedule for project orders are agreed separately.
Returns & exchange
Return terms depend on the item type (in stock or made to order) and are agreed with the manager in accordance with the law.
Made-to-order items
Individually configured pieces are not exchangeable due to finish choice. All parameters are fixed in the order confirmation.
